Unfortunately after accident repairs to vehicles are completed complaints can be raised regarding damage to vehicles, and the standard of repairs carried out. Indeed there are numerous scenarios where complaints are raised.
TEC Group vehicle engineers are able to handle these complaints no matter how complex and are able to resolve any issues that the insured, insurers or vehicle owner may have. We treat all customers fairly, acting as mediators to resolve any complaints related to the claims handling process or any alleged damage caused to the vehicle whilst being repaired.
Independent mediators for complaint resolution
If a complaint relates to vehicle damage repairs, TEC Group vehicle engineers will initially carry out a post repair inspection, which will recommend a course of action. If, for example, a vehicle needs to be repaired again we will ensure the vehicle is not released until one of our vehicle engineers has examined the vehicle again and confirmed that repairs and rectification works have been carried out to an acceptable standard.
